Ed O'Shea started skiing in New England in the 1930's. In 1972, he found that living in Central Pennsylvania afforded opportunities for good skiing, but saw a shortage of good equipment. Country Ski was born.

Since those beginning days, Country Ski has provided equipment and clothing with value to many families in Central and Northeastern Pennsylvania. Customers who were kids when they got their first C.B. jacket and Rossignol skis are now bringing their kids to the shop they know they can trust.

Our goals today are the same as they were over 37 years ago. Whether you're skiing, snowboarding, biking, canoeing or kayaking...we want to provide enjoyable experiences for people in an outdoor setting. we want to sell equipment and clothing that we would be proud to use ourselves. And, most importantly, we want to be the place you are happy to come back to because of service, quality, selection and a knowledgeable staff.
